Fascia gutters is manufactured from .55 base Metal Thickness
ZINCALUME® or COLORBOND® steel. It is stronger, more
attractive and longer lasting than standard timber fascia. We
can supply Fascia gutters up to a maximum length of 35 meters
depending on availability of delivery. Orders for manufacturing
need to be site measurements, not those taken off design plans.
Metroline can be cut using a circular saw with a metal cutting
blade, not an abrasive disc. When you cut COLORBOND® sheeting
ensure the coloured surface is placed downwards to lessen the
likelihood of swarf being embedded in the exposed roof surface.
When longer lengths or large volumes are ordered, to ensure
prompt delivery please ensure that suitable arrangements have
been made to assist in unloading your trucks. To prevent damage
when unloading and moving long lengths please ensure that the
load is spread.
If you intend to use Fascia gutters within one kilometre of
industrial, salt marine or unusually corrosive environments
please advise us as standard COLORBOND® and ZINCALUME®
products may not be suitable for these environments.
Do not allow Fascia gutter to stay wet prior to installation,
particularly when in packs. If it does get wet, please separate
the product, and wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Please do not
leave the protective plastic coating on the fascia after installation.
Other Gutter Styles
Apart from these four gutters, we supply a variety of different
sizes and styles of gutters to suit your every application and
preference. We manufacture box gutters and supply leafguards
in lengths 2.4 metres and fit the Quad 115 and Quad 125 Gutters.
