By taking a strategic approach to managing OH&S risks, we have identified key safety outcomes, set targets and monitored the performance against these targets. We have put into practice a reporting program on the workplace risks and implemented action plans to deal with these identified risks.

We take the approach that it is more important to minimise workplace injuries and illnesses then to deal with workplace accidents. However, we have procedures in place to manage incidents that include all staff knowing what is required of them and how to react to workplace accidents.
