At Metroll Newcastle, we offer rainwater tanks made from AQUAPLATE® steel that is long lasting and available in a variety of colours to match your building. Our rainwater tanks are easy to maintain, fire and UV resistant. The tank bases are laminated on both sides to provide superior corrosion resistance and can be warranted for up to 20 years.

Available in traditional, slimline and modular tank design, our rainwater tanks allow you to control your water supply and enjoy the economic, social and environmental benefits of pure drinking water. Some local government areas council require that you install a rainwater tank and you may also be eligible for cash-back rebates for installing tanks.

To enhance the design of your building and complement your rainwater tank, we offer an extensive range of rainwater accessories that include gutters and fascia, downpipes, flashings and fasteners. Metal gutters and downpipes come in an extensive range of Colorbond® steel colours.

Our rainwater tanks comply with the rigorous Australian Standard on the use of plastic materials for food contact use (AS 2070 Part 2). Hence these are ideal for the storage of drinking water for human consumption.

The interior tank surface is coated with a food grade plastic to provide a healthy and clean tasting source of water. These polyethylene linings prevent corrosion and ensure water is of a high quality.
