The Concealed Fixing System
METLOK® 500 consists of 3 ribs connected by 2 intermediate pans. The female rib is fitted over the top of the male rib and secured into position. The design features include 2 leg clips that are used to secure the METLOK® 500 sheeting down onto supports.
The long and short legs correspond to the centre and female ribs of the METLOK® 500 sheeting. The female rib (short) also clamps the male rib down. The whole deck is progressively clipped down in this manner. As a general guide use one clip per batten/purlin per sheet plus the clips to start and finish laying.
